1. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 USD. This applies to both domestic (USA) and international orders. Orders below $75 will be subject to a shipping fee calculated at checkout.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email or by visiting the carrier's website directly.
6. Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. LyraCart has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
7. Multiple Item Orders
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages and arrive at different times. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each package.
8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of ordering. LyraCart is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at salimputhiyaveetilabdulkader@gmail.com and we will do our best to update the address before dispatch.
9. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to incorrect address, unclaimed package, or failure to clear customs), we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipping fees will apply. If you do not respond within 14 days, we may issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.
10. Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions in some countries due to local regulations. If we are unable to ship a product to your location, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
